Pilot Plant

RSI has the capability to test multiple full size filter elements (or septa) in either a top or bottom tube sheet configuration. The filter housing is polycarbonate and allows for visualization of the filter's performance when a powdered resin precoat is applied and during backwash to remove the spent precoat.

OEM filter vendors and resin vendors have used RSI's pilot plant and operational expertise to evaluate and qualify new products. Many utilities have used the pilot plant to identify and correct long-standing operational issues at their plants.
